He was born in 1991 in Kalbajar region.

In 1997-2008 he studied at the Talistan village secondary school of Ismayilli region.

In 2008-2012 he received a bachelor’s degree in Management at the faculty of Engineering Economics and Management of Azerbaijan Technical University.

In 2016-2018, he received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the International Master’s and Doctoral Center of  Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Since February 2019, he has worked as a lecturer at the department of Economics and Management at the Zaqatala branch of  Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Since  January 21, 2020, he was appointed Secretary of the Zaqatala School of Economics and a part-time lecturer of the department of Economics and Management.
